Week before school starts

Home - Inside: 
Spring clean the fridge

Flower gardens:
Five loads of gravel of ugly garden
Finish secret garden weeding

Vegetable gardens:

Plant more beans

Plant more peas

School:
Have everything ready for TOD before Wednesday afternoon

Personal Professional:
Listen to at least three more chapters of 7 Habits of Highly effective people audio book 


Cooking:
Cook instead of buy for the shared lunch on TOD

Fitness Goal:
Walk 5km per day
-
Use bike at least 10 minutes per day





Eating Goal:
No chocolate after tea

Bread only one meal a day


Complete myfitnesspal eating diary daily and remain under my allowed calories

Social Goal:
 Visit at least one person this week.


Challenge Goal:


 Do a long walk at the weekend.
